EU recognizes Ukrainian driver's rights

The European Union and Ukraine are united in their desire to build a true European society in our country, therefore Europe supports the expanded recognition of driver's documents in the EU member states for Ukrainian refugees. In the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs they remind - in the EU you can:
- use a Ukrainian driver's license without the need to exchange it during the entire period of protection;
- use old-style driver's licenses, which are not valid or issued in the form of a book in the 90s of the last century and now do not need to additionally have their certified translation and international driver's license. But you must have a document to confirm the identity;
- use the Ukrainian driver's license even if it expires;
- obtain a temporary (for the period of protection) EU driver's license without passing exams in case of loss or theft of the Ukrainian driver's license.
