Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv region defused more than 35.5 thousand explosive objects
During this time, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service in the region made 3,172 visits to notify the population about the detection of explosive objects and to conduct a survey of the territories of settlements liberated from the control of the occupation forces of the Russian Federation.
Emergency responders surveyed more than 38 thousand hectares of the territory of Chernihiv, Nizhyn and Prilutsky districts, 225 infrastructure and life support facilities of the population, 22 km of power lines, 195 km of highways and more than 7.5 km of gas pipelines.
As a result, 39,573 explosive objects were identified and neutralized.,
In total, three pyrotechnic calculations of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region and eight assigned calculations from Volyn, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Khmelnytsky, Odessa, Luhansk regions, as well as the Interregional Rapid Response Center continue to be performed on the territory of Chernihiv region.
