Today, one of the most popular services among drivers is registration and re-registration of vehicles.
More than 1.5 million registration operations have been carried out since the beginning of this year by the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Among them for the first time registered on the territory of Ukraine: 112 966 - new and 176 692 - used vehicles imported from abroad.
Most registration actions are carried out in connection with the sale of a vehicle.
Since the beginning of this year, 474,119 transactions have been carried out under the contract of sale in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To sell a car, you need to contact any convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The seller and buyer must have the following documents:
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a temporary or permanent residence permit
- vehicle identification number and registration certificate
If one of the parties is not able to come to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it must provide a notarized power of attorney to another person who will act on its behalf.
Expert examination of the vehicle is not required, it is carried out at will. However, the study of the vehicle at the first registration of a used car, which is imported from abroad, is mandatory.
To re-register a car, you need to get a pre-registration card for the service. To do this, you need to use the e-write function. Also, the ticket is available in the terminal, which is located in the premises of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
