The officer of the brigade “Storm” with the callsign Luna took part in hostilities in the east of our country, where he received serious injuries that led to amputation of the limb.
10 months of treatment, prosthetics and here Luna is back in military uniform and serving in his native brigade. It is his conscious choice and the path that he confidently overcomes on an iron foot.
“On November 7, 2022, we repelled the Wagnerian attack. We got into position, and a shell flew at us. I was seriously injured. I didn't have a leg. There was a hole in the lungs. The hand is split,” the guard recalls the events of that day. “I wanted to get up and work on the enemy, but I can't: I see that my leg is smoking above the knee. And then I realized that I was hurt.”
After becoming a prosthetic, the soldier returned to the “Burevia” brigade, but already in a new position in the personnel group and now works with wounded soldiers. After all, he himself went through this, and knows what problematic issues may arise on the way to recovery.
