Pseudo instructor Romashka on tactical training of soldiers of the NGU
The tactical instructor has been training the fighters of the National Guard of Ukraine for many years and assures that the most important thing in tactical training is motivation. The military must clearly understand that on the battlefield, the embodiment of knowledge in tactics is a matter of life or death, victory or defeat.
With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Bohdan under the pseudonym Romashka has already prepared hundreds of personnel and mobilized guards to conduct operations in various conditions and perform combat tasks of varying complexity. The ability to correctly go on the attack, build the defense of the unit - these are only the main tasks.
“It should be understood that the fight will have to be fought in forests, steppes, urban development. Each direction has its own nuances. So the small victories of the unit and the great victory of our country in this war depend on the practice on obstacle courses, in the forest area and in other locations. In addition, professional skills are formed primarily in comprehensive training. So we conduct classes together with instructors in fire training, topography, tactical medicine,” says the guard.
The maximum result from training is achieved in a harmonious combination of theory and practice.
“It is very important to tell the theory before putting it into practice. In addition to practicing automatism, precise and correct skills on the battlefield, each fighter needs to clearly understand for himself what those actions are for. Only in this way our units effectively not only defend, but also liberate our lands,” Bohdan assures.
Also in classes, Chamomile tries to achieve the maximum “presence effect”. In training, guardsmen literally go through fire and water. Burning tires, water on helmets, imitation of the noise of shots. During such a load, it is necessary to perform a conditional combat task, take out the “wounded”, take the position of the conditional enemy by storm - all so that the servicemen in the real situation do not get lost, act in an organized way as part of the unit, and their commanders skillfully lead coordinated teams.
Thanks to the training and knowledge provided by the instructors in the classes, the soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine confidently destroy the invaders and free the population from the Russian occupation forces.
