Information on the involvement of the units of the State Emergency Service in the settlements where the occupation forces carried out shelling
Fire and rescue units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Luhansk region work in close cooperation with the military 24/7. Quickly arrive at the scene of shelling, eliminate their consequences and help the affected population.
Recall that, according to the press service of the Joint Forces Operation, on February 17 in Luhansk region, as a result of the use of heavy artillery weapons by the occupation troops, the communal infrastructure of the village of Stanytsya Luhanska, as well as a kindergarten were damaged. The SNS involved 15 personnel and 3 units of equipment, in particular a pyrotechnic department consisting of 5 people. and 1 unit of equipment.
At the scene of the shelling of a kindergarten in Stanytsya Luhanska village, rescuers helped evacuate people to a safe place to the basement.
Also, representatives of the State Emergency Service arrived to record shelling on the village of Vrubivka, where one of the shells hit the yard of Vrubivsky Lyceum of Popasnyansk city territorial community.
In addition, in the evening of February 17, upon receipt of reports of fires in the village. Stanytsia Luhanska 24 DPRCH as part of 2 branches of the duty guard left at the following addresses:
- Magistralnaya Street - as a result of shelling, the floor of the building was destroyed, glass was knocked out in 8 windows. There are no casualties;
- Magistralnaya Street - as a result of the shelling, the ceiling and the coating were destroyed, the pediment of the building was partially destroyed, the glass in 8 windows was knocked out. As a result of the interruption of the gas pipeline, the roof on an area of 4 square meters was ignited. There are no casualties; - Buzkova Street
- a gas pipeline is cut near a non-residential building, there is a gas leak (no combustion), in front of this house as a result of shelling the facade was damaged and glass in 3 windows was knocked out. There are no casualties;
- Magistralnaya Street and Vatutina Street - information about the fire was not confirmed.
