Information on the whereabouts of the search card of citizen P. Poroshenko in the information search engine of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Petro Poroshenko was declared wanted at the request of the SBI. The relevant information on January 14 was posted in the information and search system in order to comply with the court decision and the decision of the investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation. Today, January 17, it has been removed.
The basis for entering information into the information and search system was the decision of the Pechersk district court of the city. Kyiv dated December 24, 2021 regarding the detention of the suspect and the resolution of the General Assembly of the SBR of December 24, 2021 on the announcement of Petro Poroshenko on the wanted list.
As of 18:00 on January 17, no requests were received from the initiator to cancel the declaration of a wanted person, as stipulated by the current legislation. However, in view of the fact that today Petro Poroshenko arrived at the meeting of the Pechersk district court of the city. Kyiv, information about his search has been deleted.
