Information on the exchange of a driver's license that expired during the period of martial law
The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the driver's license (issued for the first time), which expired during the martial law and within a year from the date of its cancellation, continues to be valid on the territory of Ukraine.
If you still decide to exchange a driver's license, it is worth remembering the following points:
— exchange of a document for the first time can only be done after the expiration of its validity period (the next day or later);
— during the martial law, the replacement of the driver's license is carried out without the provision of a medical certificate, only a passport, identification code and driver's license;
— the driver's license exchange service is provided only to the person making the exchange.
