Igor Klymenko: Closed bomb shelters during war are a crime

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko reacted to the night attacks of the Russian Federation on the capital and the closed bomb shelter in the Desnyansky district.
The head of the department on his official Facebook page informed that the Kiev police have already started criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — Civil negligence, which caused serious consequences.
