“Their attacks cause destruction. Unfortunately, there are victims. Over the past 24 hours, 38 civilians were injured due to enemy shelling in different regions of the state: 4 were killed and 34 wounded. Among the injured — 2 children,” the Minister of Internal Affairs wrote on his Facebook page.
