This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs in an interview with journalist Natalia Moseychuk.

“These will be full-service lyceums. We want to show by example what we can do. From next school year we plan to open four such lyceums, three new and one of which is already in operation. And I want to say that in this lyceum we will take the children of the dead not only employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and servicemen, but also of the military Armed Forces of Ukraine. And we assume this responsibility to teachers, social workers, psychologists, the management of these lyceums,” said Igor Klymenko.

The Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said that the main goal of these lyceums is to educate disciplined and motivated youth. According to the Minister, it will be among them that in the future will be real law enforcement officers or military.

“If we talk about the system of departmental education, then my goal and desire is for children whose parents gave their health and life for the Motherland to enter our higher educational institutions. Also, if the military — young boys who volunteered to go to the front, would join there. They also have the right to receive higher education,” said Igor Klymenko.
