Igor Klymenko: Today we worked all day in Kherson — local residents can be sure that we will come to the aid of everyone
“Held a meeting of the headquarters of the liquidation of the consequences of the destruction by the enemy of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. We work according to plans. Of course, many questions remain unfinished. All necessary services are involved. We are refining. The main issue is water supply. 50 wells for drilling have been identified on the territory of the Kherson region. Also in Dnipropetrovsk region, work begins on 9, and in Snigurivka in Mykolaiv region - on 5 wells with water. We are thinking about the long term,” Ihor Klymenko, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Minister also added that local residents are actively applying for compensation of damaged property. He visited the homes of the victims. I saw with my own eyes the scale of human misery.
“Despite all the difficulties, local residents can be sure that we will come to the rescue and do everything to restore life as much as possible in the territories affected by the terrorist attack,” said Igor Klymenko.
