Igor Klymenko on the scandal involving the Deputy Head of the National Police
Criminal proceedings against Deputy Head of the National Police Dmytro Tyshlek are ongoing. This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko in his Telegram channel.
According to him, after the published journalistic investigation, Dmitry Tyshlek publicly appealed to the SBI so that law enforcement officers check the published information.
“Criminal proceedings are ongoing. I personally look forward to the results. And society also needs to hear the answers to the questions. For doubts about loyalty to the State and the Oath are inadmissible. Especially during the war,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs wrote.
Igor Klymenko assured that if the facts voiced in the media are confirmed, urgent and tough management decisions will be made in relation to Dmitry Tyshlek.
Pending the results of the investigation, the Deputy Head of the National Police will be suspended from performing his official duties.
