“The Russians today also attacked the Kupyan district in Kharkiv region. Two dead and five injured are known. The enemy used guided aerial bombs and cluster munitions against civilians. As a result of air bomb strikes, a private house was set on fire. A 45-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were killed. Two more civilians were injured, - the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Minister also added that when law enforcement officers and emergency personnel arrived at the scene of the attack, the enemy carried out repeated shelling with cluster munitions. Injured 2 rescuers of the State Emergency Service and the investigating police of Kharkiv region.
