Igor Klimenko reported on the consequences of Russian war crimes, which the police record in the regions
“the Russian army is shelling settlements in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk region and Kherson region. Destruction was caused to private houses, outbuildings, vehicles. Also, civilians are constantly killed and injured. On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, investigators open criminal proceedings,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote in his Telegram channel.
- Donetsk region. The occupation forces of the Russian Federation inflicted 20 strikes on the region. Fifteen settlements were attacked. 15 civilian objects were damaged - 12 residential buildings, a farm warehouse, power lines.
From “Tornado-S” the army of the Russian Federation shelled the Uspenivka of the Kurakhiv community. The guided aircraft bomb “FAB-250” was dropped by the bombers on the village of Shcherbinovka. As a result of enemy attacks, we have wounded in Yampol and Nikolaevka.
- Kharkiv region. As a result of Russian shelling, three people were injured, including a child. Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers with artillery, mortars, using guided aerial bombs and other weapons shelled the settlements of Bogodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuguivsky, Izyum and Kupyansk districts.
In the city of Kupyansk, a 14-year-old boy was injured. He was admitted to the hospital.
- Dnipropetrovsk region, Nikopol. A Russian shell killed an 18-year-old boy, three more local residents were wounded to varying degrees.
Significant destruction was caused to private houses, outbuildings, vehicles.
- Kherson region. From the left bank of the Dnieper, the army of the Russian Federation launched another strikes on the settlements of Kherson and Beryslav districts. As a result of the shell hitting the house, a 56-year-old local resident was injured.
Damaged private homes, a shop, agricultural facilities, garages, cars and asphalt pavement.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
