Igor Klymenko: More than fifty people were rescued this night during fires by emergency workers and policemen in Kharkiv
As a result of the Russian drone attack, civilian infrastructure is affected. There have been several large-scale fires, which rescuers are working to eliminate.
In his official Telegram channel, the Minister of Internal Affairs said that the State Emergency Service managed to locate the fire in a residential area of the city, saving 25 houses from the spread of fire. However, more than a dozen households burned to the ground.
“The bodies of 5 people, including 3 children, were found in one of the private houses. On the other object there are two more dead. The total number of victims as of now is 7 dead and 3 wounded,” the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
Investigators and forensics are working on the ground documenting Russia's war crime and taking DNA samples to identify the bodies.
