Igor Klymenko: The police identified 19 of the 23 dead as a result of rocket attacks on Vinnitsa. Among the victims of Russia are three children: a 4-year-old girl and two boys 7 and 8 years old.
One of the boys was being examined at a medical center at the time of the attack. He died along with his mother, while the other was waiting for his uncle in
a parked car and got caught in a fire trap. The relative of this boy was thrown away by an explosion wave, now he is hospitalized.
The mother of a 4-year-old dead girl is also in serious condition in the hospital.
Fourteen relatives of the missing persons submitted their biological samples. Our specialists have already carried out more than 200 comparisons of isolated DNA profiles.
Twelve of the 19 identified individuals were identified using DNA rapid detection technology.
183 victims sought medical help, 82 of them were hospitalized. Among the injured are 4 children.
Eight people are still missing.
