Igor Klimenko: Our rescuers went to help Slovenia from flooding
“Ukrainian rescuers went to the aid of colleagues from Slovenia. The country is suffering from flooding and needs support. In accordance with the Decree of the President and the order of the Government of Ukraine, an anti-flood module was formed, which was sent to participate in liquidation works in the northeast of the Republic of Slovenia. The group consists of more than fifty specialists of the State Emergency Service and almost 20 units of specialized equipment,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote in his Telegram channel.
The Minister also added that our rescuers have the necessary, and in some cases even unprecedented experience, which will help to stabilize the situation as soon as possible.
“Friends of Ukraine can always count on our support. We will never leave those in need of help in need. Even if it is not easy for us,” said Igor Klymenko.
