“I have more than once given an example of their effectiveness. That one day of operation of such a machine is equal to 100 days of manual work. These are dry statistics,” the Minister stressed.
At the same time, he stressed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs still does not place 100% hopes only on technology. So the cars are followed by pyrotechnics and further survey the area.
“The result is important to us. And there is no right to make a mistake.” - said Igor Klymenko.
At the same time, he noted that more modern equipment is needed to not only speed up the process of cleaning our land from explosive objects, but also to save the lives of our employees.
“How many more (mining machines — for example) are needed? At least, at the current stage, another 30 machines of mechanized mining. And not only for demining, but also for the transportation of already seized explosive items, we need special vehicles,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs summed up.
