Igor Klymenko: Rescuers eliminated large-scale fire in Lviv by using modern equipment — work of Magirus
“For more than 12 hours, emergency rescue workers in Lviv extinguished a fire in warehouses, which arose as a result of nightly enemy shelling. The fire spread over 9 thousand square meters. Unfortunately, as a result of the attack, one person was killed, three more were injured,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote on his Telegram channel.
To extinguish the fire, rescuers attracted modern equipment from the Rivne unit of the State Emergency Service - the fire robot Magirus. You can see it in the video.
This special device has remote control and can supply 2000 liters of water every minute over a distance of up to 65 meters. So the risk to the life and health of rescuers during the elimination of large-scale fires is reduced many times.
