“The headquarters for the elimination of the consequences of subversion by the occupiers of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant is working. In fact, 29 settlements were flooded, 19 of them are in Ukraine-controlled territory, and 10 are under temporary occupation,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote on his Facebook page.
