Igor Klymenko: Children must certainly learn, and we, adults, must create safe conditions for them
This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine during a working trip to Kharkov.
In particular, the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko visited children who started their studies in the Kharkiv metro. There, 61 classes of children of all ages study at five subway stations.
“Kharkiv is the intellectual capital of our state. It is reborn no longer online. Currently, most of the classes are filled with first-graders. The main thing here is that the parents of these children are sure that we can guarantee the safety of our children. God forbid that these children, who came to school today, would not see and hear the rocket attacks and the grief that the enemy has brought to our country during these 1.5 years,” said Igor Klymenko.
The interior minister said that police and rescuers are on duty at each station to protect children from possible threats. Also, for safety, patrols will accompany school buses during the transportation of students from remote areas of the city.
