Igor Klymenko: “Active soldiers and policemen are the core of the “Guard of Offensive”
In an interview with the “United News” tele-marathon, the Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko spoke about the formation of eight assault brigades of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Guard of Offensive” and focused on the principles of their formation.
According to the Minister, the recruitment campaign for the “Guard of Offensive” is currently popular among citizens.
“The backbone of the brigades are active servicemen and policemen. It is the nucleus that will both teach and around which all the relationships in these teams will be formed. Because they are people who have been in combat. The other part is volunteers from among civilians,” he said.
In his words, “these two fists” — present and future fighters — “must create a great force of these brigades.”
