Igor Klymenko: These guys are true defenders of the future of our state
This was emphasized by the acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine today, February 1, during the ceremony of awarding the 100 best employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system and young rescuers who were the first to come to the aid of the victims of the plane crash in Brovary.
“Today there are four guys from the city of Brovary. When, two weeks ago, the helicopter crashed on the kindergarten, they were nearby and the first to start taking the children and caregivers out of the building. These guys are 17-18 years old, but they are already real defenders of the future of our state,” said Acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko.
For the boys, it was supposed to be a normal morning. But when they heard the explosion and saw the fire, the young rescuers immediately rushed to help. They searched for the injured, took children out and gave them first aid, carried water and antiseptics, helped nurses. Their help was extremely important, as they were one of the first to arrive and help the children survive this terrible event.
Viktor Komisarov, Anton Pryshchepa, Andriy Dotsenko and Gleb Kasyan were awarded a valuable gift — a wristwatch — for their personal courage and courage during the preservation of the life and health of children as a result of the plane crash in the city of Brovary.
