Igor Klymenko: 11 dead in Chernihiv, more people under rubble (VIDEO)
Emergency services eliminate the effects of rocket attacks on the city. 11 dead, 22 injured as of now. We have reports of at least three missing persons. This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko in his official Telegram channel.
There are still people under the rubble. A search and rescue operation is ongoing. Psychologists work with those affected. The video shows the moment of rescue of one of the victims.

“My condolences to the families of all those killed as a result of the Russian attack. At the same time, I remind public figures and local residents of the need to treat with caution the dissemination of information on the consequences of shelling. Do not put at risk the emergency services workers who are trying to save the victims,” added Igor Klymenko.
