ID card, residence permit and stateless identity card have risen in price
From January 1, 2024, the total cost of obtaining a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID-card, a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine, as well as a stateless identity card for traveling abroad will increase.
This is due to the fact that SE “Printing Plant “Ukraine” has changed the cost of forms of individual biometric documents.
It is important - citizens of Ukraine who paid for administrative services and submitted applications for paperwork before December 31, 2023, will receive documents at the old price.
Those who have paid for administrative services before 31.12.2023, but have not yet submitted an application for paperwork, will make an additional payment at the rates that will be in effect at the time of submission of the relevant applications.
