How border guards raise service dogs (VIDEO)
In the dog training center of the State Border Service, they not only train service dogs, but also raise whole generations. The dog reproduction department is responsible for this.
The DPSU has a need for search dogs - these are German and Belgian Shepherds.
In order for puppies to be able and healthy, it is necessary to choose the right parents. This is done by the specialists of the genetics laboratory. Their task is to provide DPS with strong and promising dogs. After all, properly trained parents are able to transmit appropriate skills through genes. Because of this, border guards already get puppies that are not afraid of shots, able to participate in detaining violators and searching for substances.
