How to exchange a driver's license: tips and rules
To exchange a driver's license obtained for the first time with a validity of 2 years, you must contact the convenient Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
You must have the following documents:
● passport; ● identification number;
● expired driver's license. Exchange of a driver's license, which was issued for the first time, is possible only after
the expiration date (the next day or later).
No one except the holder of the certificate can exchange and pick up the document. This can not be done either by order or through relatives.
To exchange a certificate for the duration of the martial law, a medical certificate of the established sample is not required. And the driver's license, which expired during the period of martial law, continues to be valid on the territory of Ukraine.
