Pseudo border guard Sportsman from Sumy region. Since childhood, he dreamed of becoming a military man.

Already from the first grade, the guy attended the military-patriotic circle. After graduating from school, he applied to one of the military universities, but it did not work out.

The man enters an economic university, and after — works for a long time as the head of the department of corporate credit risks. Time passed and at 36 years old a man dares to combine his life with the military for the second time. Four years ago, the athlete signs a contract with the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The service captures the border guard. He is engaged in checking the documents of citizens crossing the border at one of the largest airports in the country — Boryspil. Additionally takes courses on in-depth verification of documents.

The border guard shows good results in detecting fake documents and the morning of February 24, 2022 divides his life into “before” and “after”. In the shortest possible time, the border guard arrives at the place of deployment of his unit.

When the Ukrainian Defense Forces displace the enemy from the Kiev region, the Athlete together with his brothers goes to the north, and then to the east of the country.

“It was more dynamic in Donetsk region, due to the greater intensity of shelling. But I won't say it was difficult. Rather, it is exhausting, but we held on and held our defense,” says the border guard.

Returning from the front line, the campaign from the recruitment to the “Guard of the Offensive” - the “Steel Border” began. The border guard, without hesitation, submitted a questionnaire. Now the man is serving in the 15 mobile border patrol.
