Guard Alexander Okhrimovsky, despite being wounded, saved the lives of his comrades
Alexander carried his wounded soldiers from the battlefield, despite the fact that he himself received shrapnel wounds. For this, the guard was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the III degree.
Alexander Okhrimovsky with the nickname “Beard” is now being treated in a hospital, but plans to return to his brothers. He is a fighter with experience, because he started fighting 7 years ago as part of the 24th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After a break of several years, Alexander returned to military service in the National Guard.
Saving one's brothers is not the only heroic act of the National Guard. With his RPG7, he destroyed a company stronghold of an enemy unit causing significant damage to the occupiers.
“He charged his hand grenade launcher with “twists”, aligning the jet engine with 82 mm mortar mines, and launched it at its destination. I had a desire to neutralize the enemy company stronghold, where the leadership of the orcs was located. After the impact, it turned out that there was still wheeled equipment. Oh, then they angered their enemies,” Oleksandr says.
The fighter says he will fight for Ukraine until the last breath. And in the Donbas, he is waiting for his beloved girlfriend — a combat medic who serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They met in the war. Both believe in victory, after which they will play the planned wedding.
