Guards honored the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine
The fighters of the 11 brigade named after Mikhail Hrushevsky of the Southern ATO of the National Guard of Ukraine visited the graves of the fallen guards and the memorial site, where the townspeople immortalized their gratitude to the defenders. On the eve of the famous national holiday, the memory of the deceased heroes was honored with the laying of flowers.
“We will never forget our soldiers. We constantly visit the memorial boards and slabs, honor their bright memory and communicate with the loved ones of the dead. They gave the most precious thing for the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine — their lives,” says one of the National Guardsmen.
Honoring heroes and etching the memory of them forever is the least we can all do.
We kneel before those who defended the legal right of Ukraine to be unchanged on the world map. Heroes do not die! The memory of them does not die, which we must cherish with gratitude for the opportunity to live. With their breasts they have closed the country from enemy fire and it is our duty to them to do everything so that these sacrifices are not in vain.
