Russian citizen will forcibly leave Kirovograd region
Employees of the Svitlovodsk department of the Department of the State Migration Service in the Kirovograd region found a citizen of the Russian Federation living without documents confirming the legality of her stay in Ukraine.
46-year-old Russian woman came to the city of Svitlovodsk in Kirovograd region on private business. Received a permit to immigrate to Ukraine and a permanent residence permit.
Subsequently, due to her unwillingness to continue living in Ukraine, the foreigner applied to the Migration Service with a statement about the cancellation of the permit and documents giving the right to legally reside in Ukraine. The decision was made on February 24 last year and within a month she had to leave Ukraine.
Of course, it was no longer possible to leave on time, so the Russian citizen lived all this time illegally.
Currently, the foreigner is brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap, now she must leave the country within a month.
