Citizens who ordered the delivery of a driver's license abroad will be able to receive the document in 15 days

The Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko announced the launch of a new service for citizens living abroad the day before. The service is already available for Ukrainians who are in Poland.
“Due to the fact that a significant number of our citizens have been forcibly abroad since the beginning of a full-scale war, we opened our centers of the State Enterprise Dokument there. Already now, a citizen can exchange and issue documents, including a driver's license. Delivery of driver's licenses is already working in Poland,” said Bohdan Drapiaty.
He added that the estimated cost of such a service will be 1300 hryvnias. Already in November, this service will be launched in other European countries.
To order the delivery of a driver's license “Ukrposhta” you must:
• log in to the driver's e-account;
• indicate the reason for the exchange of the certificate;
• choose international shipping and pay for the service.
After processing the application, the finished document will travel to the branch of your choice. The term of international delivery is about 15 days.
