DPSU Chairman and Utah U.S. Senate President discussed cooperation priorities and ways of interaction
Yesterday, May 3, James Stewart Adams paid a working visit to Ukraine, where he had a meeting with the Head of the State Border Service Sergei Deineko.
An important part of the trip of the President of the Utah Senate was the meeting with the leadership of the border department, because since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, the state manufacturers have been helping significantly with equipment that is useful for defenders defending the state border and countering the enemy.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the effectiveness of the use of previously provided equipment and the prospects for the development of cooperation.
Serhiy Deineko drew the attention of those present to the peculiarities of the work of border guards in countering enemy kamikaze drones, which cause Ukrainian defenders a lot of trouble.
At the same time, representatives of manufacturing companies announced a significant update of systems for detecting and countering the notorious “shaheeds”.
The parties agreed to shorten the ways of interaction so that invaluable assistance becomes effective here and now.
