Heroes among us: 13-year-old Sviatoslav prevented a fire in the store
In August, Svyatoslav Viday, a resident of the city of Vasilkov in the Kiev region, was heading to his grandmother for his birthday with his sister. Then Sviatoslav went into the store and immediately smelled the burning wiring.
The air conditioner in the room began to smoke, and visitors to the store began to leave the establishment. Sviatoslav was not confused: he told to turn off the electrical panel and took a fire extinguisher in his hands.
The 13-year-old independently extinguished the burning air conditioner and kept the flames from spreading to the merchandise on the shelves.
Thanks to his endurance and courage, Sviatoslav prevented a fire in the store.
Rescuers noted Sviatoslav and thanked him, because the guy did not get lost, gathered his strength and did not pass by.
