“She was engaged in science and opened a dance school, and now she rescues soldiers at the front as part of the assault brigade “Frontier”. Combat medic Oksana with the call sign “Current” in the combat unit from the first days of the full-scale war. Before that, she worked at a scientific institute and was the owner of a dance school,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko wrote about the heroine in his Telegram channel.
“I have two higher educations - biochemistry and medicine. Therefore, for a particularly long time I did not think about my place - I went to medicine. I could not help but leave, because life changed very much, the context of our existence changed. Probably, for some it is possible - to ignore. It was impossible for me,” - the words of Oksana.
