In the morning, the specialists of the State Emergency Service received a report of a fire in an apartment building in Rivne. At the scene, firefighters determined that the fire had occurred on the fourth floor in one of the apartments of a nine-story apartment building.
Rescuers in respiratory protection devices evacuated 22 residents from smoky floors. From the apartment that was on fire, the fighters of the State Emergency Service rescued an 84-year-old woman. She was taken out to fresh air and handed over to the ambulance crew.
At 09:34, the fire was localized, and at 09:46, it was completely eliminated. The fire destroyed household items and furniture in the living room on an area of 7 square meters.
