The era of electric cars is coming: 57 thousand “green” cars are registered in Ukraine
Every year the number of electric vehicles on the roads of Ukraine is growing, making driving comfortable for the driver and safe for the environment. On World Environment Day, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs about the statistics of “clean” eco-cars.
Only from the beginning of 2023 until the end of May, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs registered 7688 electric cars. In total, there are almost 57 thousand of them in Ukraine.
Why exactly are they? Maintenance of such cars costs less than the cost of operating gasoline or diesel cars. Electric cars are also environmentally friendly. The absence of exhaust allows you to effectively reduce the negative impact on the environment and nature. And the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issue such cars “green” license plates.
