E-protocol for checking the technical condition of the vehicle: how to get
Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine improve control over the technical condition of vehicles engaged in passenger and commercial transportation.These are buses, minibuses, taxi services, trucks, etc.
These vehicles, which carry out freight, commercial and public transport, must undergo mandatory technical control. To simplify the procedure, an electronic protocol has been introduced.
Previously, the protocol on the results of the technical control of the vehicle of the car was printed exclusively on a paper form of the established sample. Now - this is an electronic protocol that is entered into a nationwide database.
This reduces the risk of forgery of such documents. The electronic protocol contains all the necessary information about the passage of technical control: the date, time and results of the inspection.
In case of a positive result after passing the mandatory technical control, the vehicle owner receives a paper copy of the electronic inspection protocol. If desired, you can get a copy of this document on the form of the protocol of checking the technical condition of the vehicle.
Algorithm of actions for mandatory technical control of vehicles:
- contact any authorized technical control point;
- provide a vehicle for inspection;
- provide a passport or other identity document;
- provide a registration document for the vehicle;
- in case of compliance with the technical condition, an electronic protocol for checking the technical condition of the vehicle is drawn up, which is transmitted to the national database.
During the mandatory technical control, the technical condition of the vehicle is checked. These are brake and steering systems, external lighting devices, pneumatic tires and wheels, light transmission glass, gas cylinder equipment (if available).
In addition, the identification numbers and license plates of the car are reconciled with the data of registration documents and the conformity of the vehicle configuration is established.
