Two dead and 11 injured, ammonia pipeline damaged: in Kharkiv region investigators recorded consequences of Russian war crimes
During the past day, the enemy massively shelled Kharkiv and the settlements of Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Chuguivsky and Izyum districts.
At night, the Russians fired S-300 missiles at the Slobidsky and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv. Damaged car parking and road surface in the city center. The houses have broken windows, damaged water pipes, cars.
As a result of enemy shelling in the Kupyansk region, depressurization of the ammonia pipeline took place. Currently, in the suburbs of the city of Kupyansk and nearby villages, ammonia in the air is not recorded.
The occupiers shelled the city of Balakliya with a rocket system of volley fire. A 57-year-old local was killed. Another 4 women and 5 men were injured and were hospitalized. Damaged residential buildings, outbuildings, cars.
In the village of Pechenegi, Chuguevsky district, the Russians killed a 52-year-old woman and damaged a private house. In the city of Volchansk, the enemy destroyed the store.
A medical facility was damaged in the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk district. A 58-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman were hospitalized with injuries in Velykyi Burluk village.
Investigative and operational teams and explosives technicians went to the scene.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1, 2 of Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
