The State Emergency Service, together with the People's Deputies, is working on improving the regulatory and legal framework regarding the activities of the Service
Today, November 5, a meeting of the leadership of the State Emergency Service took place with the Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Environmental Policy and Environmental Management Oleg Bondarenko and People's Deputies of Ukraine, during which the participants discussed the state of implementation and bringing by-laws into compliance with the Laws of Ukraine adopted Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Recall that recently, the Parliament supported in the second reading the draft law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Legislation on the Passage of Civil Protection Service”, adopted in the first reading the bill No. 7557 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Functioning of the Local Government” and voluntary fire protection” and in the second reading — draft law №7581 “On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on improving the system of emergency assistance to the population at the single telephone number 112”.
During the meeting, representatives of the deputy corps also got acquainted with the legislative initiatives of the State Emergency Service.
