On April 19-21, the water level in the Upper Dnieper within the country will be kept close to the maximum peak of the spring waterfall with the preservation of floodplain flooding, disruption of transport connections, flooding and cutting off from the main communication routes, partial flooding of some settlements and initial flooding of dwellings houses in a number of riparian villages in Chernihiv district of Chernihiv region (III level of danger - red).
