The State Emergency Service received 14 units of special equipment from Germany
The German Federal Agency for Technical Assistance (THW) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) handed over special automotive equipment for the needs of the SNS units. The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine Ms. Anka Feldhusen and the leadership of the State Emergency Service.
Rescuers received fire lifts, fire truck ladders and a truck with a manipulator from their German partners.
The SNS is grateful to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine and the entire German Government for the unwavering support of Ukraine in this extremely difficult time for our state.
Recall that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, Germany has provided a significant amount of humanitarian assistance for the needs of the State Emergency Service. In particular, more than 300 units of automotive machinery, almost 700 generators of various capacities, emergency rescue, hydraulic and special equipment, unmanned aircraft, fire and technical equipment, special container for radiation and chemical reconnaissance and laboratory control with equipment, etc.
