DPSU: Citizens of Ukraine can return from the Russian Federation without hindrance
Due to the intensification of Russian aggression against Ukraine, today the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine recommended that our compatriots refrain from any trips to the Russian Federation, and those who are in this country to leave its territory immediately.
We emphasize that in accordance with Art. 33 of the Constitution of Ukraine a citizen of Ukraine may not be deprived of the right to return to his country at any time.
The State Border Service draws the attention of citizens that at the moment all our compatriots can freely return home around the clock, through any checkpoint.
