On April 22, an official ceremony of transfer of equipment and opening of gynecological offices in one of the hospitals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine took place in Kyiv with the participation of the delegation of the Czech Republic.

“For the third year, Ukrainians are going through terrible times, losses and shelling. During the period of full-scale war in Ukraine, more than 30 thousand attacks were carried out. But the path to freedom is impossible without help. Today there is no such unit in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where women do not serve and do not stand shoulder to shoulder with men. Therefore, two new gynecological offices on the basis of our medical institution will significantly improve the level of provision of services for Ukrainian defenders,” State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Inna Yashchuk said during the meeting.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Radek Pech added that they will continue to provide assistance in the future:

“The Czech Republic provides heavy equipment and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, we want to continue this cooperation for the victory of your country. We want peace through health.”

The head of the medical institution also thanked Czech friends who are uselessly investing resources in the victory of Ukraine over the Russian invaders. Participants of the delegation of the Czech Republic and the head of the hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine signed the act of receiving and transferring equipment. Together, the delegation inspected the new offices, which from today will be able to receive patients.

Also, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Radek Pech visited the wounded soldiers who are currently being treated in the hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
