Helped to mine Kharkiv region: the police exposed the traitor
He cooperated with the occupiers and helped the armed formations in mining the territory: investigators informed a resident of Kharkiv region about the suspicion of assisting the aggressor state. Also, during the temporary occupation of Zolochiv AHG of Bogodukhiv district, the attacker voluntarily collected food and clothing for Russians.
Also, a 30-year-old resident of Makarove village provided hostile information about pro-Ukrainian-minded local residents, ATO members, military Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement officers of Ukraine. The man was engaged in looting, intimidated local residents and helped the armed formation of the aggressor state in mining the territory.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 (aiding the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of 10 to 12 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of 10 to 15 years and with or without confiscation of property.
Investigators of VP No. 2 of the Bogodukhiv RVP GUNP in Kharkiv region under the procedural guidance of the Bogodukhiv District Prosecutor's Office under the operational support of the SBU informed the man about the suspicion of committing a crime.
