1457 citizens contacted Kharkiv police during the day with reports of offenses and events
The enemy once again shelled the city of Volchansk, Kharkiv region. None of the citizens were hurt. Criminal proceedings have been opened.
In order to prevent illegal weapons and drugs from entering settlements at checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with military personnel inspected 2482 vehicles. On suspicion of involvement in sabotage and reconnaissance groups and in carrying out propaganda activities, 9 persons were brought to the territorial units for verification.
Police officers actively detect and investigate criminal crimes on a daily basis. Last day, during the examination of the territory of the city and the region, the police discovered 2 facts of illegal drug trafficking and detained persons in which narcotic substances were seized.
Employees of the police department No. 2 of HRUP No. 1 detained a man for committing a robbery attack. Threatening with a knife, the attacker seized the victim's money. Investigators initiated criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 187 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
While on duty at the checkpoint, inspectors of the patrol police response sector of the police department No. 3 of HRUP No. 3 stopped the car. When checking the vehicle in the cabin of the car in the niche of the driver's door, law enforcement officers found a knife that the man was carrying without any permits. Information about the incident is entered in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations. Investigative actions are being carried out.
Police officers delivered humanitarian aid to residents of the de-occupied village of Makarove in Kharkiv region. The police departments of the police No. 2 of the Bogodukhiv RVP together with the consolidated detachment of the GUNP in the Ternopil region brought products to local residents.
Police units resumed their work in the liberated territories. Police officers ensure public security and order in 9 areas of de-occupation: Balakleysky, Kupyansk, Izyum, Zolochiv, Lipetsk, Volchansky, Chuguivsky, Velikoburlutsky, Borovsk.
Work continues on the survey and demining of settlements. Employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine with the beginning of the de-occupation measures surveyed the territory with a total area of about 1,544.95 hectares. 23,985 explosive items were seized, 2,451 destroyed.
Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine carry out measures to register war crimes in liberated settlements. Since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, 1685 war crimes have been registered, of which the most under Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine — 1492, according to Art. 111-1 Criminal Code of Ukraine — 165 and others.
