The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“Don't intimidate us! The Rashists continue their missile terror and are shelling almost all of Ukraine. Therefore, during alarms, stay in shelters. The situation is under control. Air defense works, all authorities work, both central and regional and local military state administrations. Emergency rescue workers are working, eliminating fires and rescuing people from under rubble, as a result of shelling in 8 districts and in Kyiv. There are reports of 9 dead and 36 injured. More than 1 thousand people and about 120 units of equipment of the State Emergency Service were involved in extinguishing fires and emergency rescue work,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs wrote.
Denis Monastyrsky also added that the National Police documents large-scale war crimes by Russians against peaceful Ukrainians - shelling of residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.
“Russia is a terrorist state, it is attacking the Ukrainian population and civilian objects. Russia will be responsible for the genocide of the Ukrainian people! Remember, the greatest darkness happens before dawn. We will win!” he wrote.
