By the end of 2024, it is planned to extend the work of Service 112 to the entire territory of Ukraine
Currently, line 112 is already operating in two macro-regions of Ukraine — central and western.
In May, the 112 service center is expected to be launched in Dnipro, and in September - in Odessa. The centers will cover the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine, respectively.
Citizens can seek help from anywhere in Ukraine. Call number 112 is redirected to emergency services.
People with hearing or speech impairments can also contact the 112 line. To do this, you need to send a message to 112. After that, there will be a link to video communication with operators who speak sign language.
It is worth noting that the numbers of specialized emergency services 101, 102, 103 and 104 will continue to operate after 2024.
