DMS resumes the work of the service “Electronic queue”
Currently, separate territorial units are connected to the service in the city of Kiev and 16 regions of Ukraine: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpatska, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernigivska.
With the help of the service, you can now register electronically only to submit documents for registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad.
Any changes in the operation of the service, as well as information about the DMS units connected to the “Electronic Queue”, we will be sure to notify on our official website and on our official DMS page in the social network Facebook.
The war continues in Ukraine, so we ask you to understand that the service does not work in all regions and units of the DMS, as well as possible delays during service related to the security situation, air alarms, schedule changes, etc.
